How does ORA’s vibration system work?
ORA’s integrated vibration system delivers gentle mechanical stimulation through the bed while your dog rests.
Using the included remote, you can choose between two vibration modes, two intensity settings and timed sessions of 10, 20, 30 or 40 minutes.
Vibration therapy is an emerging area of veterinary research, with studies exploring its potential role in areas including canine mobility, musculoskeletal health and pain management. Research is still developing, and ORA has not been clinically tested to produce those outcomes.

Is the ORA Bed orthopaedic?
Yes. ORA beds use supportive OrthoCare memory foam designed to provide comfortable, responsive cushioning beneath your dog while they rest.
The foam helps distribute your dog’s weight across the resting surface, while the surrounding bed structure creates a supportive and comfortable place to settle.
Do Travel Mats come with every bed purchase?
Yes. Every ORA Bed includes a matching Travel Mat, so your dog can enjoy SootheSoft comfort beyond their bed.
There’s no need to add one separately — your Travel Mat will be included with your bed order.
Do the beds have chew or kneading resistance?
No. ORA Beds and their covers are not designed to be chew or kneading resistant. We recommend supervising dogs that are prone to chewing, digging or destructive behaviour.
Are the covers on the bed replaceable?
Yes. ORA Beds have two removable covers — a protective base cover and our SootheSoft faux fur cover. Both can be replaced separately if needed.
Are your beds water resistant?
No. ORA Beds and their covers are not water resistant. While getting the bed or covers wet will not damage them, they are not designed to repel or prevent liquids from passing through.

Does the bed get warm? Is it suitable for long-haired dogs?
Yes. ORA Beds are suitable for long-haired dogs. However, SootheSoft faux fur is designed to feel soft and cosy, so some dogs may find it warmer in hot weather.
Every dog is different, so we recommend considering your dog’s coat, preferences and the temperature of their environment when choosing where and when they use their ORA Bed.
